Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance
• Active property & casualty licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure retention and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks, resolving complex issues.
• Maintain policy administration, billing, claims handling, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor policy expirations, renewals, and prepare submissions.
• Conduct client research, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Oversee accounts receivable, monitor delinquent balances, and collect payments.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms with accurate data.
