The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, active P&C licensing (CIC preferred), and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business; ensure retention and support new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks.
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy; maintain data integrity.
• Renewals, policy administration, billing, and coverage analysis.
• Collaborate with team and carriers; monitor delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier platforms.
