Qualifications
- 3+ years of account management experience.
- Experience in insurance brokerage.
- Active licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
- Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
- Manage policy expirations and renewals.
- Review contracts to ensure proper coverages included.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
- Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms with data accuracy.
