Job summary

Insurance Office of America, Inc. (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team with policy administration, billing, and renewals.

The role focuses on delivering excellent service while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance. This position offers remote work for residents in CA, NV, OR, WA, and AZ with potential hybrid onsite; PT hours align to Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• 5+ years in insurance industry or 3+ years account management.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Handle billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and AR; follow up as needed.
• Communicate workload status with the team to ensure timely completion.
