You will manage a book of business, coordinate client service, renewals, and billing while maintaining strong carrier relationships and ensuring accuracy. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in account management within insurance, an active P&C license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues and ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise; lead daily activity of the account management team.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis; monitor expirations and renewals.
