Job summary

True Talent Group is seeking an Operations/Admin to streamline processes, document SOPs, and drive daily operations. This role collaborates with the CEO and team, builds dashboards, coordinates events, and manages vendors to keep workflows efficient and scalable.

The ideal candidate thrives in a remote work environment with occasional in-person meetings 1–2 times monthly and has strong organizational skills, tech savviness, and a passion for improving processes using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, business operations, project management, or a related role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Excel, and business productivity tools.
• Experience using AI tools and maintaining strong data integrity.
• Familiarity with project management platforms and workflow systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational dashboards, reporting, and key business metrics.
• Document and organize internal processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, company events, and calendars.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost‑effective procurement of services and technology.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and operational partners.
• Support the CEO and leadership with strategic planning, operational initiatives, and special projects.
