Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temporary Instructional Designer to design, develop, and manage engaging virtual learning experiences from a remote location in the United States. You will apply learning sciences, UX, and game-based approaches to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention across global clients.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Instructional Design and will work in a multidisciplinary, agile environment to continuously improve curricula and learner experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 years of demonstrable experience building e-learning content using Articulate Storyline or similar tools.
• Apply adult learning theory, user design, and learning design principles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with Excel basics.
• Basic graphic design skills and proficiency with audio editing tools.
• Project management basics and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain virtual blended learning experiences.
• Create human-centered, data-driven learning content leveraging multiple design disciplines.
• Incorporate learning sciences, UX, and game-based elements to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with global teams and report to the Senior Manager, Instructional Design.
• Use learning data to monitor performance and predict learner success.
