Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a temporary, project-based Instructional Designer contractor to develop and refine learning materials for a large internal event. This hands-on role focuses on organizing, formatting, and enhancing content to create clear, engaging materials, with a remote work arrangement.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate SME input into learner-friendly materials, and deliver instructor-led resources on a short timeline (January through March 2027).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 2+ years in instructional design or learning content creation.
• Experience creating instructor-led materials and participant resources.
• Familiar with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine instructor-led training materials, including presentations and worksheets.
• Organize and format existing content to improve clarity and learner engagement.
• Apply adult learning principles to support knowledge transfer.
• Translate SME input into learner-friendly materials.
• Create simple exercises and activities to reinforce learning objectives.
• Ensure materials align with brand guidelines and formatting standards.
• Review and edit materials for accuracy and readability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project timelines.
