TTEC is seeking a Temporary Instructional Designer to work remotely in the United States. You’ll design engaging learning experiences, blending instructional design with user experience and game-inspired learning.

You’ll collaborate with the Senior Manager, Instructional Design to refresh curricula, analyze learning data, and deliver scalable e-learning solutions across global teams. The role emphasizes human-centered design and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating e-learning using Articulate Storyline or similar tools.
• Experience with adult learning theory and UX design.
• Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms.
• Advanced PowerPoint and basic graphic design skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver human-centered e-learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate learning needs into interactive modules.
• Analyze learning data to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Maintain and update blended learning content across platforms.
