Job summary

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a contract Instructional Designer to support a large internal event by developing and refining learning materials. The role focuses on organizing content, formatting for clarity, and creating engaging activities within established templates and brand guidelines.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of instructional design experience. This 1099 contract is remote with a 30–40 hour work week and January 4 to early/mid-March 2027

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in instructional design or related field.
• 2+ years of instructional design, training development, or learning content creation.
• Experience developing instructor-led training materials and participant resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine instructor-led training materials, including presentations, worksheets, job aids, and activities.
• Organize and format existing content to improve clarity and learner engagement.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles for effective knowledge transfer.
• Translate content and SME input into learner-friendly materials.
• Create simple exercises, prompts, and activities to reinforce learning objectives.
• Ensure materials align with brand guidelines and templates.
• Edit materials for accuracy, readability, and consistency.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback within project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project deliverables.
• Maintain organized working files and final deliverables.
