Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a contract, remote role based in the United States. The position focuses on designing, developing, maintaining, and revising learning solutions that support Claims employees across Auto, Property, Injury, and Care Center operations.

The role requires expertise in instructional design, project management, learning technologies, and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Designs training programs, including classroom lectures, online courses, and self‑study sessions.
• Develops and updates course content and coordinates learning curriculum.
• Maintains in‑depth and up‑to‑date knowledge of the related field.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, maintains, and revises learning solutions for Claims employees across Auto, Property, Injury, and Care Center operations.
• Manages curriculum revisions from intake through publishing, prioritizing work by SLOs and business needs.
• Develops highly technical claims training content including instructor‑led, virtual, self‑paced digital learning, simulations, and scenario‑based learning.
