Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs with SMEs and leaders, design effective solutions, and develop scripts, storyboards, and job aids.
• Measure learning effectiveness using assessments and analytics; apply results to improve programs.
• Develop content with tools like Articulate 360 and ensure accessibility and branding standards.
