The role centers on rapid development using Articulate Storyline, with 37 pre-planned courses to be delivered via the LMS during an eight-week rollout, aligning with releases 2.1 and 2.2 and concluding by 2027 end.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Experience with Articulate Storyline and rapid course production.
• Ability to learn new technology and complex financial concepts quickly.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred, otherwise strong instructional design experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop 37 microlearning courses for an eight-week rollout.
• Collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to translate procedures into training content.
• Ensure high-quality courses that follow established guidelines and are suitable for LMS delivery.
