Job summary

Russell Tobin is hiring an Instructional Designer in Nashville, TN with a focus on localization and translation for Worldwide Operations. This short-term role involves researching new L&D localization approaches, designing engaging instructional experiences, and developing customer education materials.

Collaboration with the localization program manager is key to turning SME input into polished deliverables.

Qualifications

Articulate 360 (Storyline Rise Captivate).
5 years of prior L&D experience.
Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, multimedia development, learning and development, or equivalent.
Experience designing and developing learning or enablement materials end-to-end.
Experience creating interactive experiences for live events or conferences.
Ability to synthesize research and SME input into clear, structured deliverables.
Experience with localization, translation, or internationalization workflows.
Familiarity with building and testing generative AI solutions.
Spanish language would be nice.

Responsibilities

Support strategic learning initiatives for localization program.
Research and test emerging approaches for L&D localization.
Design interactive experiences to showcase these approaches.
Develop materials to educate customers on these approaches.
Partner with localization program manager to convert SME input into deliverables.
