JSI invites you to join our team as an Instructional Designer/LMS Specialist on our Regulatory Affairs team, where you'll shape how our training is designed and delivered. You will own JSI University, manage publishing, learner tracking, and day-to-day administration, while supporting live client webinars.

The role emphasizes applying core instructional design principles, adapting quickly to evolving needs, and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design or e-learning development with a portfolio.
• Experience with course-authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
• Ability to translate complex material into clear learning experiences.
• Experience with LMS and webinar/live-event software is a plus.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of client-facing training.
• Own JSI University LMS platform administration and publishing.
• Support webinar/live events and continually improve the program.
• Manage diverse projects with shifting priorities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs.
