Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, build, and deliver high-impact learning programs in collaboration with leaders and subject-matter experts.

You will translate priorities into engaging curricula, eLearning, and blended formats to enhance skills across the firm. Responsibilities include needs assessment, storyboarding, content creation, LMS administration, and delivery across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of corporate training experience.
• Experience with SCORM compliance and copy writing laws.
• Proficiency with instructional design and LMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver curricula, eLearning, and blended programs with SMEs.
• Conduct needs assessments and prioritize training objectives.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and course content; share best practices.
• Plan and administer training activities across offices; manage schedules.
• Deliver training and adapt methods to audience and modality.
• Oversee LMS setup, reporting, and data integrity.
• Support program goals with ongoing learning development.
