Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer I to design and develop foundational GPS training programs for Medicaid offerings.

You’ll craft engaging learning materials, prepare storyboards, and shape the user experience for internal staff and external clients. You will deliver training across e-learning and instructor-led formats, create supporting materials, and help ensure knowledge transfer and compliance with Medicaid directives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field; 5+ years of experience in instructional design or equivalent combination.
• Experience crafting GPS/ Medicaid training materials and programs.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Captivate/Storyline) and visual design software.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops GPS training programs and materials.
• Creates storyboards, UI/UX, prototypes and training media.
• Delivers training in 다양한 formats (e-learning, ILT, webinars).
• Develops user guides, quizzes, handouts and job aids.
• Leads Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and supports client training.
