Job summary

BerryDunn is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support the Medicaid Practice Group. You will develop trainings for a Guam client, using self-paced and instructor-led formats while following branding and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and clients, designing engaging content with tools like Articulate Rise 360, Storyline 360, Vyond, and Camtasia. Travel up to 50% may occur as client needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Proven instructional design experience and ADDIE methodology.
• Experience creating e-learning using Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360.
• Ability to collaborate with PMs, teammates, and clients and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Convert storyboards and guides into trainings including e-learnings.
• Apply instructional design principles for self-paced and instructor-led trainings.
• Partner with PMs and clients to clarify requirements and timelines.
• Deliver updates through review cycles and manage multiple projects.
