Job summary

You will design, develop, and maintain public-facing training products, including user guides, job aids, QRGs, webinars, narration scripts, video scripts, and microlearning materials that reflect CMS behavior and 508 standards. This role requires collaboration with SMEs and editors, adherence to CMS/GDIT editorial guidelines, and managing training content through CMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience in federal or regulated environments.
• Ability to translate complex system requirements into instructional content.
• Experience with CMS clearance processes and 508 accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with accessible formatting.
• Experience producing modular, reusable training components in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain public-facing training products aligned to system requirements.
• Create narration scripts, video scripts, storyboards, and microlearning materials.
• Produce 508-compliant deliverables across formats and ensure accessibility from the start.
• Capture and validate screenshots; structure content for reuse and version control.
• Collaborate with SMEs, UX/HCD, policy specialists, and editors to reflect system behavior.
