MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer I to design and develop GPS training materials for government programs, utilizing e-learning content, storyboards, and instructor guides.

This role combines internal and client-facing training material creation with continuous improvement of learning experiences. The position emphasizes collaboration with Training Managers and SMEs to align objectives with Medicaid program requirements, delivered remotely as a full-time

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience in instructional design.
• 2 years SME in respective areas.

Responsabilités

• Designs, develops, implements and evaluates GPS training programs.
• Determines instructional goals and analyzes audience knowledge gaps.
• Develops and evaluates instructional strategies; creates storyboards and prototypes.
• Develops interactive training materials including guides, quizzes, and handouts.
• Delivers training via e-learning, instructor-led sessions, and meetings.
• Creates course curricula, objectives, and testing procedures.
• Produces materials to educate internal departments about Medicaid requirements.
• Promotes knowledge sharing using Confluence and LMS.
