You will transform existing content into engaging learning experiences and create job aids, facilitator guides, and participant materials.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, project management, and applying ERMCO branding and accessibility standards across training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Content Development, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build eLearning modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Develop instructor-led and virtual training materials using PowerPoint and Canva.
• Convert existing documentation, presentations, and content into learner-friendly formats.
• Develop job aids, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
• Update and maintain enterprise-wide training content.
• Apply ERMCO branding, accessibility, and formatting standards.
• Perform self-checks prior to submitting work for review.
• Build scalable learning assets that support leadership programs and initiatives.
• Develop reusable modules, decks, and learning resources aligned to enterprise needs.
• Review the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and metrics analysis.
• Maintain documentation and version control of instructional materials and courseware.
