Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of instructional design experience.
• Knowledge of best practices in online teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Knowledge of instructional design models and development methods.
• Knowledge of pedagogy and educational theories.
• Knowledge of universal design principles (UDL) and accessibility standards.
• High proficiency in a modern LMS (Canvas).
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to design, develop, and evaluate online and hybrid courses.
• Knowledge of AI applications in higher education.
