Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in instructional design or digital content development.
• Proficiency with AI content tools, graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva).
• Experience with LMS platforms and learner analytics.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop asynchronous, hybrid, and instructor-led learning experiences.
• Create multimedia assets: videos, infographics, motion graphics, simulations.
• Publish and maintain learning assets in the LMS with version control.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and grant teams to translate content into learning narratives.
• Analyze learner data to evaluate impact and drive improvements.
