University of North Texas Health Fort Worth is seeking an Instructional Designer to translate instructional needs into effective, behaviorally grounded learning experiences for online, face-to-face, and blended courses. You will collaborate with faculty to design, develop, and revise courses that employ evidence-based instructional principles and accessibility standards.

Responsabilités

• Manages course revisions in collaboration with development team including program chairs, subject matter experts, librarians, media designer, etc.
• Create and revise curriculum in accordance with sound instructional design principles.
• Aids faculty in troubleshooting curricular challenges.
• Facilitates design meetings with faculty and professional practitioners.
• Supports faculty in collaborative program review, assessment, and improvement processes.
• Determine appropriate instructional strategies and delivery technologies to meet objectives.
• Assess business constraints, audience characteristics, technical environment, budget, and other factors to determine the right media and technologies to deliver the learning.
• Define behaviorally based learning outcomes and create course assessments.
• Act as lead designer and project manager responsible for executing the end to end analysis, design, and development process for individual projects.
• Design and revise course materials to meet common compliance standards regarding accessibility and copyright.
