Job summary

ClassLink is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our Learning Design team in a fully remote role. You’ll craft effective, just-in-time micro-learning experiences for the ClassLink Suite, focusing on clear technical implementation and usage guidelines for educators and IT leaders.

You’ll manage multiple projects in an agile setting, apply adult learning principles, and deliver engaging courses with videos, simulations, and interactive elements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, or similar fields.
• Expertise in rapid content development using Articulate Rise and video editing tools (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere).
• Remote work experience is required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable joining virtual meetings with camera activated.
• Occasional travel (~20%) for team meetups.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive, online learning experiences for educators and IT leaders.
• Create engaging courses with conversational language, simulations, videos, and interactive elements.
• Leverage adult learning principles and multimedia best practices for effective training.
• Manage multiple projects in an agile development environment and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align training with user needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and update Help Center content as needed.
