Job summary

InStride Health, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, build, and manage learning initiatives for our provider community, including psychiatrists, therapists, and exposure coaches.

This fully remote role partners with clinical leaders to translate pediatric behavioral health protocols into practical, engaging training. The ideal candidate has a background in online course creation, project management, and hands-on experience with Articulate 360 and multimedia production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in instructional design and digital course development for technical or clinical adult audiences.
• Proficiency with rapid e-learning tools (Articulate 360) and video/audio editing software (Camtasia, Audacity, or Adobe CC).
• Strong foundation in adult learning theory, instructional design models, and assessment design.
• Experience using generative AI tools to accelerate content ideation, drafting, and multimedia production with editorial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage learning initiatives for providers (psychiatrists, therapists, exposure coaches).
• Develop interactive e-learning modules, job aids, and knowledge checks using Articulate 360; script and edit multimedia elements with Camtasia.
• Partner with SMEs to translate clinical protocols into engaging, scenario-based learning; ensure quality and timely delivery.
