Hims & Hers is a leading health and wellness platform seeking an experienced Instructional Designer, Clinical to support providers from onboarding through enablement. You will design learning experiences across modalities to improve the provider and patient journey.

The role collaborates with Care Delivery, Medical Affairs, Product, and other teams, measures impact, and thrives in ambiguity within a flexible/remote work environment. A strong background in adult learning is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of instructional design and e-learning development with a proven track record.
• 2-3 years of instructional design in scaling SaaS or B2C environments.
• Ability to distill large quantities of information into clear learning experiences.
• Strong working knowledge of adult learning best practices.
• Familiarity with standard design tools and a willingness to experiment with new tools.
• Growth mindset and openness to learning.
• Comfort working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsabilités

• Design best-in-class learning experiences across eLearning, guidelines, documentation, job aids, assessments and knowledge checks.
• Partner with Care Delivery, Medical Affairs, Product, Category, Clinical Quality and others to support launches and updates.
• Measure and report on the impact of learning programs.
• Support strategic projects and lifecycle mapping for enablement initiatives.
• Lend capacity to the customer service training team as needed.
