Job summary

Openkrill is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft engaging, scalable learning experiences in Docebo. You’ll partner with SMEs to transform knowledge into practical courses and build a cohesive learning program aligned with business goals.

You’ll apply ADDIE, adult learning principles, and AI-powered tooling to design objectives, assessments, and interactive content. Remote LATAM role with a focus on accessible, high-quality learning across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Instructional Design, L&D, eLearning or related field.
• Experience designing online or digital learning experiences.
• Hands-on LMS experience; Docebo preferred.
• Strong adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
• Experience creating objectives, assessments, activities, and learning paths.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content organization.
• Able to convert complex topics into clear learning content.
• Experience working with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects remotely and learning AI trends.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online courses and learning experiences.
• Translate complex information into learner-friendly content.
• Apply ADDIE, backward design, and adult learning principles.
• Define objectives, structures, lessons, assessments, and paths.
• Create microlearning, self-paced courses, knowledge checks, and scenarios.
• Build and maintain courses in Docebo LMS and improve content quality.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to transform knowledge into content.
• Monitor engagement and continuously improve courses using data.
