Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer to craft high-impact digital learning content across e-learning, video, job aids, and in-application guides. You will own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from drafting and storyboarding to LMS entry and launch support, ensuring material stays current with XM best practices.

You’ll leverage AI tools to accelerate creation while maintaining quality, collaborate with SMEs, and adapt content for scale across a global audience.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in content development, technical writing or online instructional design.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) or a comparable authoring tool.
• Knowledge of enablement platforms (WorkRamp, Highspot, WhatFix) and willingness to learn others.
• Comfort using Canva or a similar visual design tool.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in a design workflow.
• Ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand formats.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable in a shifting, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch digital content with just-in-time learning that can be produced, published, and updated quickly.
• Create learning content across modalities: e-learning, video, job aids, in-application guidance.
• Own end-to-end scope, including LMS entry, beta launches, and launch support.
• Use AI tools to speed drafting, scripting, media creation, and quality checks.
• Interview internal SMEs and synthesize concepts.
• Write course content, scripts, activities, and assessments to boost retention.
• Publicize new training content via internal/external channels.
• Analyze course activity and feedback to drive refinements.
• Maintain up-to-date eLearning library with product features.
• Research best practices for engaging learning experiences.
