Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in digital content development including teaching and learning materials.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Experience with multiple projects under tight deliverables and budgets.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and practices.
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate.
• Experience with authoring tools, LMS, and content management systems.
• Ability to visualize and create animated and interactive content.
• Teaching experience (6–12 years) may be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to specific product workstreams under management guidance.
• Design, storyboard, and build digital courses and lessons using a UBD process.
• Apply design thinking and backwards design in novel scenarios.
• Create storyboards, support build rounds for digital assets.
• Provide informal product and workflow training to associate instructional designers.
• Develop novel, measurable solutions for customers; explore innovative approaches.
• Be an accessibility expert throughout product development.
• Work in an Agile framework with iterative workflows and collaboration.
• Support vendors by providing guidelines to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Lead approved workflows and meet intermediate/final schedules.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet product goals on time.
• Identify, test, troubleshoot, define, and follow up on bugs and enhancements.
