Responsibilities

• Contribute to specific product workstreams under guidance from management and senior team members.
• Design, storyboard, and build digital courses and lessons using a UBD process.
• Apply design principles and design thinking in novel situations.
• Create storyboards, review manuscripts, and support build rounds for digital assets.
• Provide informal product and workflow training to associate instructional designers.
• Lead approved workflows and ensure timelines are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product requirements and deadlines.
