ABB seeks an intern to gain hands-on experience in instructional design and training content creation from a remote setting in the United States. You will collaborate with multiple teams to support ABB's operations and contribute to the development of e-learning, videos, webinars, and classroom content.

The role emphasizes needs assessment, training design improvements, and collaboration with subject matter experts to deliver effective training solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Instructional Design, Marketing, Business Administration Teaching/Training, or related fields in the United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to support ABB's operations and ensure timely project completion.
• Manage all training content development including online learning, videos, webinars, virtual classrooms, and face-to-face material, plus maintenance and updates.
• Assist in needs assessment and suggest improvements to training designs and materials.
• Work with Instructional Designers and SMEs to develop train-the-trainer materials and enhance delivery concepts.
• Storyboard and develop accessible technical solutions based on customer needs.
