Job summary

Accelint is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer Intern to support development, analysis, and improvement of advanced training solutions. Ideal for a student or recent graduate in ISD, English, or related fields, with interest in applying writing and analytical skills to real-world training programs.

This internship will work across product and program teams, contributing to training science efforts, documentation, and content development.

Qualifications

Experience in instructional design, content development, or training delivery.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to translate complex information into clear, structured content.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Support analysis of training requirements, learning objectives, and course structures.
Assist in developing instructional content aligned with ISD principles.
Contribute to technical writing, documentation, and training materials.
Review and edit training content for clarity and accuracy.
Participate in courseware analysis to improve training effectiveness.
Collaborate with product teams on AI-enabled training tools.
