This remote role requires senior-level stakeholder management, executive reporting, risk mitigation, and a structured approach to timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects.
• Ability to plan and execute complex engagements, coordinate resources, and deliver objectives.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Experience coordinating diverse teams of developers, engineers, and consultants.
• Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and develop contingency plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Remote work capability within the United States.

Responsabilités

• Lead key customer engagements guiding teams to successful delivery and business outcomes.
• Coach clients on Agile principles and transformation approaches.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies realizing benefits of network automation.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Coordinate, track, and communicate project activities per processes and Agile principles.
• Organize multidisciplinary teams including engagement managers, architects, consultants, network automation engineers, and learning and development instructors.
• Manage internal delivery operations, staffing, and resources across phases.
• Monitor milestones, timelines, budgets, and scope; trade-offs as priorities change.
• Assess client satisfaction and delivery health; identify risks.
• Identify dependencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Remove impediments and facilitate decisions.
• Mediate conflicts and reach practical resolutions.
• Prepare and deliver executive reports on accomplishments, risks, blockers, dependencies, and upcoming priorities.
• Ensure transparency across teams.
