Job summary

Onyx CenterSource seeks an Insights Solutions Consultant to act as a strategic advisor for hospitality clients, leveraging data and analytics to improve performance. You will blend solution consulting, BI, and customer engagement to drive adoption of OnyxInsights and expand business, while not being a traditional sales role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing consulting, analytics, or BI role in hospitality or travel tech.
• Experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing commercial roles within hospitality tech.
• Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities translating challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Experience presenting complex information to senior executives and business decision-makers.
• Experience developing business cases, value propositions, or ROI analyses.
• Comfort working toward revenue goals in a variable-compensation structure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding objectives, identifying opportunities, and recommending data-driven solutions.
• Demonstrate value of OnyxInsights via tailored demonstrations, workshops, executive briefings, and reviews.
• Help customers interpret analytics and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Identify and support new business opportunities and platform adoption for OnyxInsights.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and value propositions for commercial opportunities.
• Support renewals by demonstrating ongoing value, adoption, and measurable impact.
• Contribute to revenue objectives related to new subscriptions, account expansion, and retention.
• Communicate insights in a clear, business-focused way for operational and executive audiences.
• Voice the customer to influence product strategy and future enhancements.
• Stay current on hospitality, payments, and BI trends; represent OnyxInsights at customer meetings and events.
