Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Data Services Reports & Insights Analyst to join our Customer Success team. You’ll bridge data services and BI, turning raw hospitality data into decisions customers can act on. Build, analyze, and optimize reports, troubleshoot issues, and coach hoteliers on metrics like ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance.

• Experience turning raw operational and financial data into actionable insights.
• Ability to build, analyze, and optimize reports across PMS reporting suites.
• Clear written and verbal English communication for customers and teams.
