Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a customer-facing Data Analyst on the Customer Success team for a hospitality technology company with operations in 150+ countries. You will transform raw operational and financial data into actionable insights, building and refining reports across the PMS suite and coaching customers on metrics like ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with hospitality tech, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, and strong data analysis abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with hotel property management systems or related hospitality tech.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data cleaning.
• Strong analytical mindset with data mapping and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build, analyze, and optimize reports across the PMS reporting suite.
• Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies before they impact customers.
• Coach hoteliers on how to read and act on key hospitality metrics via calls and email.
• Partner with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Customer Success to improve data access and interpretation.
