Job summary

Onyx CenterSource is seeking an Insights Solutions Consultant to partner with travel and hospitality organizations, leveraging data and analytics to drive meaningful business performance through the OnyxInsights platform.

The ideal candidate combines data analysis with executive storytelling, identifies challenges, demonstrates ROI, and leads opportunities from initial adoption to renewal, expansion, and long-term value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing consulting, analytics, or BI role within hospitality or travel tech.
• Experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing commercial roles within hospitality tech solutions.
• Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience presenting complex information to senior executives and decision-makers.
• Experience developing business cases, ROI analyses, or value propositions.
• Comfort with revenue goals and a variable-compensation structure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to customers by understanding objectives and recommending data-driven solutions.
• Demonstrate OnyxInsights value through tailored product demonstrations and executive briefings.
• Help customers interpret analytics and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Identify and support new business opportunities and expanded platform adoption for OnyxInsights.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and value propositions to support commercial opportunities.
• Support customer renewals by demonstrating ongoing value, adoption, and measurable impact.
• Contribute to revenue objectives related to new subscriptions, account expansion, and customer retention.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly for both operational and executive audiences.
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing market insights to influence product strategy.
• Stay current on hospitality, payments, and BI trends while representing OnyxInsights at meetings and events.
