Dragos, a global leader in OT cybersecurity, is hiring an Inside Solution Architect to guide prospects through the early customer journey. You will partner with Business Development, Marketing, and Senior Solution Architects to deliver credible demos and shape initial opportunities.

You will maintain demo content and lab environments, offer consultative recommendations, and respond to inbound questions. Occasional travel up to 15% is expected as you collaborate across North America, Europe, the

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a technical, customer-facing, or pre-sales role.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP and the OSI model.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple demo environments and competing priorities.
• A genuine drive to continuously learn new technology.
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Engage Early in the Customer Journey: join prospects early to understand environment and objectives.
• Deliver Early-Stage Demonstrations: conduct remote product walkthroughs with account teams and Marketing.
• Maintain Demo Content and Environments: build and keep demo content and labs current.
• Consult and Recommend: offer recommendations based on Dragos best practices.
• Handle Inbound Queries: respond to information requests, proposals, and SOWs.
• Feed Insights Back: share learnings with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
