Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Senior OT Threat Hunter to lead threat hunts across industrial networks using the Dragos Platform. You will work with Intelligence, Services and Engineering to uncover advanced threats and improve the overall program.

You will mentor analysts, act as a critical escalation point for high-severity alerts, and tailor platform configurations to customer environments. This is a remote-first role supporting North America and global clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform hypothesis-based threat hunting in OT/ICS environments.
• Experience analyzing network telemetry and detecting behavioral anomalies.
• Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, DNS, packet analysis).
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK for ICS and OT threat intel workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on, hypothesis-driven threat hunts across industrial (ICS/OT) networks with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as top escalation point for high-severity alerts and communicate findings to clients.
• Configure and optimize the Dragos Platform and hunt profiles for customer environments.
• Develop new hunt content and provide feedback to detection engineering and intelligence teams.
• Create scripts and tooling to accelerate hunting and mentor junior team members.
