Job summary

Zentro Internet is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, build customer relationships, and guide sign-ups through our online portals. This remote role requires strong communication, basic technical troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently from a home office.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in customer service or sales, a penchant for problem-solving, and a commitment to meeting sales and retention goals.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, sales, or retention.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge to assist customers with websites, portals, and sign-up processes.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services.
• Guide customers through signup on the website/portal.
• Provide basic troubleshooting during signup/onboarding.
• Meet or exceed sales, retention, and performance goals.
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
• Maintain product and system knowledge through ongoing training.
