Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• License/Certification/Designation: Property and Casualty license required in all 50 states.
• Experience in inside sales, help desk or customer service; financial services or insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing members to resolve payment issues and retain business.
• Engage with Pet members to share information and renew/upgrade products.
• Assist enrollment or upgrades of insurance products and support inbound renewal queues.
• Maintain member information and quotes in CRM/lead management systems.
