Job summary

Precoa is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to confirm sales appointments, ensure quality control, and assist with operational duties. You will support the inside sales team, handle special requests, and maintain leads and data in our CRM system to drive efficient customer interactions.

The role requires 1–2 years in admin/customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a remote or hybrid setup with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ work experience in administrative/customer service-related fields or undergraduate degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, ADP
• Communication – Speaks clearly, listens and obtains clarification, and is empathetic
• Strong written communication and composition skills
• High level of professionalism
• Task Management – Balances competing tasks efficiently with a positive attitude; gathers and organizes information for analysis; identifies problems and raises a flag in a timely manner
