Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow assigned accounts and drive revenue across North America. You will coordinate with outside sales, customer service, and internal teams, managing opportunities through phone, email, CRM, and digital channels from a remote US basis.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in inside sales or account management, strong communication skills, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5+ years of inside sales or account management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills required.
• Strong CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Preferred experience with infrastructure products in the communication market.
• Demonstrated experience working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow profitable relationships with assigned customer accounts and territories.
• Proactively prospect and engage new customers including but not limited to phone, email, and CRM platforms.
• Support new business development and transactional sales, including smaller opportunities and quotes.
• Partner with Outside Sales to achieve territory revenue goals.
• Follow up on quotes, leads, and forecasted deals.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of products and applications.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams.
• Participate in ongoing product training.
• Prepare sales and pipeline reports; work with customer service, operations, and pricing teams.
• Resolve order, delivery, and pricing issues.
• Occasional North American travel may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
