Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or an associate's degree equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous remote work experience is highly preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s programs.
• Document client discussions using Salesforce CRM.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set by management; may change with baselines.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of National Debt Relief and Sales.
• Recall and document call information; navigate multiple computer systems; multitask.
