Job summary

Agent Alliance Inc. is seeking remote benefits representatives to consult with families about supplemental benefits and help them select the best plans. You will communicate with clients, schedule Zoom meetings, and tailor plans to fit needs.

Ideal candidates are communicative, ambitious, organized, and entrepreneurial in spirit, with a commitment to teamwork and client success. Training is provided and weekly pay with commissions is offered.

• Reach out to individuals who requested more information on our benefits.
• Schedule Zoom meetings with members.
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit client needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
• Perform benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support.
• Respond to questions and resolve concerns about benefits.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and updated on schedule.

Our representatives meet remotely with individuals who have signed up for supplemental benefits that protect their families beyond what their employer covers. Their role is to consult with the family, explain the available options, and help them select the plan that best fits their needs. Successful reps are great communicators who are ambitious, motivated, and organized. They think like entrepreneurs and are committed team players.

Job Requirements:

• Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer
• Schedule Zoom meetings with these members
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
• Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
