Equipment Provided

A nationwide telecommunications and internet provider is hiring Inside Sales/Customer Service Reps to support customers migrating from copper to fiber services. This role is fully remote and requires telecommunications industry experience.

Candidates without telecom experience will not be considered.

Key Duties:

• Handle 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily
• Assist with service migration and enrollments
• Upsell services where appropriate
• Use Salesforce (plus) and internal tools
