Job summary

Storage Scholars is a fast-growing, fully remote company offering a seasonal part-time Inside Sales role. You will guide students and families seeking move-in/move-out, storage, and shipping solutions, handling inquiries via phone, email, and text. The team values collaboration, growth, and a positive, inclusive environment.

The role is 15-25 hours/week on average, with up to 40 hours/week during peak season (March–May). Start date is 1/25/27 and contract end date 9/13/27.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication with strong sales aptitude.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle fast-paced changes and intense workloads.
• Strong phone presence.
• High emotional intelligence to understand fellow team members and clients alike.
• Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn new software rapidly.
• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience (such as retail, hospitality, or customer service).

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive calls to existing/former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through the online booking flow.
• Promote additional services and referrals.
