Job summary

TPC Wire & Cable is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to meet and exceed sales objectives while delivering high levels of customer service for our industrial products and strategic initiatives.

The role involves prospecting, remote selling, product demonstrations, and developing territory plans to drive revenue and align with internal resources. A proven track record in industrial sales and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in an industrial setting or similar.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account generation with daily prospecting and qualification.
• Develop undersold locations by identifying new applications via remote selling.
• Execute daily outbound calls and manage inbound calls.
• Perform product demonstrations effectively over phone and video.
• Create territory/account plans and achieve sales objectives.
• Align with internal resources to execute account plans.
• Understand end market trends and apply relevant value propositions.
• Sell both standard inline and custom solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
