Globaltize is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage prospective client engagement from initial contact through onboarding in a 100% remote role aligned to EST business hours.

You will conduct structured consultations, execute multi-channel follow-up cadences, and document client interactions in Lawmatics and MS Office to drive consistent pipeline conversion in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in sales, prospective client conversion, or account management.
• Exceptional, empathetic communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive client situations professionally and tactfully.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured consultations with prospective clients to evaluate their legal needs and assess alignment with firm services.
• Execute multi-channel follow-up cadences with prospective clients to address questions, build trust, and facilitate decision-making.
• Guide qualified prospects through the engagement process and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, consultation notes, and conversion outcomes in Lawmatics.
• Conduct regular follow-up outreach with former clients to collect actionable feedback and foster long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal firm staff to ensure client expectations and operational requirements are effectively communicated and fulfilled.
